Can I use images that I find on-line?

Generally, no. You might be infringing on a copyright law, and most of the time images on-line are of poor quality and will not print well.

How long will the process take?

For an identity (logo) package, it can take as little as one week. But it really depends how many changes/revisions need to be made, and how quickly we respond to each other. Other variables might include how much direction I am given, if you provide the text and photos for a brochure, or if you need me to do that for you.

Do I have to pay all at once?

I do require a down payment to get started, then we can work out a plan of one or two more payments. I am flexible and want to make it easy for you!

What if I don’t like the designs?

You can choose to participate in my 100% money back guarantee. You make a down payment of $200, I work up some designs, and if you don’t think they have any potential, you can cancel and I will return your down payment. If you would like to continue, the $200 goes towards your final purchase price.

Can you copy something I found on-line?

I will not copy someone else’s work, but I can use that for inspiration. All design comes from bits and pieces of other work, and it helps me greatly to see what you like and don’t like.

Do you do printing?

I do! I have resources that only professional designers can use, so I get great prices on everything from business cards and brochures to trade show displays.

Why does the proof you sent look blurry?

Because it is a low resolution PDF. When I email proofs I send small files so that they load on your computer quickly. The final files will be given to you in a high resolution format for printing and low resolution for web use.

When you design my logo, how many will I have to choose from?

I usually design 4 to 7.

Will I need to give you a down payment?

Yes, I require partial payment to get started. But you can opt to participate in my 100% money back guarantee. If I need photos or illustrations in my project, how do I get them and how will they effect the price?

I have many resources for artwork and will let you know up front if something is going to change the price of your project. Generally, each photo or illustration costs between $4 and $20.
